• We will ship USPS  (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise indicated
• Items shipped from the Manufacturer often will be shipped by FEDEX or UPS
  
• Shipping Includes Delivery Confirmation unless you chose a different shipping method
• Actual Shipping costs including delivery confirmation is included in the calculation, so don't worry no hidden costs
• We normally ship the day after payment is received to ensure your item is delivered as soon as possible.

Luna Baby Products Return Policy:

·         You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Luna Baby Products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, however not the cost of the original shipping costs

·         Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

·         Refund Policy Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise.

·         Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the site

·         Merchandise must be returned to Luna Baby Products before any refund is given.

·         Luna Baby Products will not "trade" merchandise you will have to take a money back refund, unless you contact us and make arrangements to pay additional shipping costs.

·         If refunded through PayPal, Luna Baby Products will refund the entire amount less shipping and it will be up to you to pay the PayPal transaction fee.

·         Merchandise must be returned to Luna Baby Products before any refund is given.

·         After receiving merchandise Luna Baby Products will contact the Buyer and immediately issue refund.
